A mainstay of big businesses, e-learning gives many staff members the opportunity to keep up to speed on the essential processes and knowledge to make sure they do their job properly. The great thing about implementing an e-learning module in the workplace is that they are simple and easy to use, but they don’t require the classroom format. The tools are on the screen for people to learn and understand at their own pace, and then the end of a module usually comprises of a set of multiple choice questions, which gives the student the opportunity to recap everything. If you have the funds, the best way to invest in your staff is to enroll them on a course that gives them the best head start at achieving more in the company. Running Workshops
The modern learning environment has no time for mentors and the like. The best alternative for someone to offer their expertise on a personal level is to run workshops outside of working hours. You could run a session for a couple of hours on a Saturday morning, and if it proves successful, it can be a regular thing with guest workshop runners. A lot of people cannot learn by studying, it can give them anxiety or burnout if they have to add studies onto their working week, but a workshop session that is informal and without pressure will work wonders in helping information creep into the psyche.
