Becoming a servant leader through God’s Help
I read the “Purpose Driven Life” Do we keep it inside? We are here to help others so we help. What does one learn about not being able to walk, and remembering how your grandma and father had trouble too? Ending up as paraplegics at 70.
Through a process of finding my best foods, I found I didn’t need as much as I thought, and there were triggers that caused me to eat more. Eating more of the wrong things caused pain and arthritis symptoms. Pain doing everything including walking.
I found friends who were doing this too and found hope and support through them. Different blood types have particular foods that are inflammatory for them and not for others. Believing I could find my best foods. I wrote a book for my story and included three other people with their stories. It is so interesting what others do, and you deserve to learn about these stories also. You deserve to have amazing health as you age. Especially if you are always hungry.
You deserve to learn which foods are best for you, and which foods will carry you through past 80. You deserve to learn, how I healed my gums. My dentist noticed and wanted to know how. I helped my 80-year-old friend lose 115 pounds, and she cured her diverticulosis and sleeps better. Up from 5-6 hours to 7–8 hours. She didn’t think this worked.
If you would like to learn more, about how to digest easier, not hurt, and feel light and energetic. You can heal, I healed my whole body, (I have the Lou Gehrig’s gene.) If you are suffering and want to feel fit at any age, let’s talk. www.talkwithkristi.com Or learn step by step https://www.keystobasichealth.com
P.S. I am 68 now and aim to keep walking.
