Being able to think and analyze is what we believe make us superior to other beings. Not that we don`t believe that other species think, but we do it so much better. We resonate, analyze and contemplate. We keep pondering, using the mind as if it was who we were, and our most valuable asset.
On the contrary, when thoughts are present, a true connection cannot flow. Thoughts interfere with being in the now moment, and only by stilling the mind can we listen to our divine truth, our innate wisdom. We are thinkers, and even though the ability to think is a great tool, it is also a constant creator of stress, noise, and worry. The mind has a tendency to keep going, chattering away. Have you ever noticed how you keep pondering the same thoughts over and over again?
We spend our days lost in unconscious and unproductive thinking – addictively replaying the same mental patterns, the same old stories, over and over in our heads like a broken record player. The Buddhist expression Monkey-mind refers to the incessant chatter that goes on in our heads.
Like a restless monkey, always moving around, the mind is always busy, producing up to 100,000 thoughts per day. It is estimated that our brains are bombarded with seven times as many stimuli as our grandparents experienced. Add to this the rising stress levels caused by increased working hours and longer traffic jams, and it is a wonder that many people can cope at all. Everything we look at, experience, and hear and feel the vibration off, is something our brain wants to process. We take with us the past and invite in the future in this constant soup of mind-food. The thing is; everything we think, our mind-chatter, is holding us locked in where we are. Thinking mostly the same thoughts or thought patterns every single day, like an old broken record. This is why change is so hard – it is something to think, rather than to do. It all starts with the mind. We need to reset and reshape our way of thinking, to be able to do things differently.
To be able to do differently actually means to be able to think differently.
I want to let you in on something that I have found quite interesting. To quiet the mind even though meditation and yoga are fantastic. These are ancient methods of clearing the head, moving from the head/thought to the heart. What I was not prepared for, was the fact that the more I detoxified my physical body, the clearer and calmer the mind got. The more raw-living fruits and vegetables that I ate, the more aware and clear-minded I got. The connection became very obvious to me. Detoxification is an all-inclusive experience.
By simply releasing every weak and sick cell from the body, from letting go of built-up waste, calcification, parasites, fungus and other toxins, we are raising our vibration. Tuning in to our innate wisdom, clearing the shit, and most of all allowing change. The key word here is change. We will be able to reprogram that old chattering monkey on the top floor. It will be will be inevitable. New thought forms will arise. New energy will lead the way.
Even that which we call old programming, what we have been told over and over until we believe it, is nothing but a reflection of a pattern. It always starts with a thought. A conscious thought was always there first, together with a feeling. They formed a belief that was confirmed over and over again until it stuck. Believe me, getting something to stick in a child`s mind is easy. As children, we are like sponges, and we are constantly seeking to learn and to find our safe and loving place. We look towards authority for guidance, and as we learn to be followers and not different or special, we keep looking for new authorities throughout our whole lives. It’s like we lost our bus and ended up on the route to helpless and overwhelmed – joined the school of followers, signed up for life.
As adults, we like to believe that we are our own authority, when in fact we are not. We, in the Western world, the freedom fighters and know-it-all intellectuals, are following many – from governments to doctors, completely leaving our sovereign state. We have been programmed to believe that we need constant guidance when it comes to our health, our financial affairs, our education, and our ability to choose in general. From vaccination programs to drugs, from chemicals in the water to genetically modified food. Toxins are everywhere, and they have a great influence on our ability to think and to stay with a clear mind. The inseparable mind-body-connection at its best.
Everything from ingesting non-foods and breathing polluted air, to being injected and medicated while being fed fear-based information, will acidify us. Now leaving us with a calcified pineal gland. The little gland in our brain, our third eye, connecting us with the higher realms. That one, the gland that is a part of our very own internal government, the authority which always has our best interest at heart, always. Only someone with a calcified pineal gland will automatically be a follower. It is natural for us to be wondering and curious. Look at how children keep exploring new things.
Trying and failing. We lost that eagerness and boldness through toxicity and mind-games.
For the purpose of healing and restoration of health, we need to look at what is holding us locked in this position. This is personal, and we need to take it as such. Luckily the old programming is very easy to spot. If you are the one not loving to be with you, not speaking highly of your own wonderful being, you are not programmed to love yourself, period. Let me tell you when we find ourselves in ill-health, self-love is absent.
“When you want something to change, change something”, is an old but good statement. It is obvious, and it makes sense. “Health is a choice”, is another one. This statement might not ring as true right away, but it is. The two simple statements, hold the key to your healing and transformation, though they might stir up some negative emotions at first.
If health really is a choice, am I saying that people are choosing to be sick? No, of course not, and yet, yes in a sense they are. We, you, me, we are on a non-conscious level choosing to live what we are living. Right at this moment, our life and our bodies are simply responding to our inner terrain and programming. Conscious or subconscious, it doesn`t matter, a belief is a belief. As long as we are thinking what we have been thinking, we will keep experiencing the same old thing.
As long as we keep eating what we have been eating, feeling what we have been feeling, we are simply validating our thought-form. This will manifest in many different ways. Yes, we see it in the life we are living. We live what we believe we can, must, are capable of and so forth, but we also live the life that we fear and love. Our lives reflect what we talk about the most, who we choose to be with, and how willing we are to change. The old programming is not going to give in easily, as it took time for it to be created. It might trick you into believing that it`s right, true and real, but it’s not. A healthy and abundant inner talk and mindset is not often seen in a person with a sick physical body.
Choosing to live, to thrive and be healthy, means choosing your thoughts. It means letting go of everything that`s not serving you, absolutely everything that is not serving you. And why wouldn`t you? Well, the fear of change again, and the old programming`s tight grip. The change would be easy, and the path would be obvious, was it not for this very thing. The road would be clear as day, as it is natural to do what is best for the body, and it is natural to say no to toxins and needless drugs. It is absolutely healthy and sound to change what is not serving you. Only old programming will stand in the way.
That is obvious, you might say, yet still hard to do. My point exactly! As long as you can see clearly what you need to do, yet find it difficult to follow through, you are not of sound mind, so to speak. You are not of a detached, free, and self-loving mindset.
When I talk about the mind game, I am referring to the stimuli and non-truths that we are constantly bombarded with. Our minds are fed and nurtured through our education, the media, our parents, and our bosses. Authorities are feeding us what is serving the cause you might say, as there is always an agenda. To be a free-thinker, a self-serving and authentic human being, takes courage and strength. To free ourselves from the belief systems that we have embraced and adapted takes time and persistence. Luckily, through cleansing and rejuvenation, bull-shit does not stand a chance, only truth does.
