Will You Matter?

[su_dropcap style=”flat”]A[/su_dropcap]LL TOO OFTEN, we are focused on the next thing, the next goal, the next day, week, or year. If we are really forward-looking, perhaps we have planned for the next decade. Thinking about a legacy that can last into the next 100 years…it’s hard to imagine.

My hope is that my work in mentorship and leadership has been adopted so widely that the work environment, no matter the business, is a supportive one for employee growth and development that moves everyone to aspire higher and to be happy and fulfilled as they go. It would be very cool if my books and articles were still being read. I also hope that my grandchildren and their children live well do whatever they love in a way that makes a difference in the world they live in. That would matter.
