Will You Do What is Necessary to Become Unstoppable?

We are each to follow the laws of the land, and so it is within the legal landscape that we can do what is necessary to become unstoppable. Entrepreneurs, especially, need to be creative and believe in themselves plus their endeavors to achieve success in the long run. Employees also need to realize the right time to have their say to gain their way.

But the most challenging piece is hearing and listening to all the negativity surrounding us to weed out a potential good thought and then ignore the rest. The ability to do so is the entry to becoming unstoppable.

My Story

Upon awakening each morning, we never know what the entire experience will be. However, it is up to each of us to do the best we may with what comes our way. A significant portion of doing our best is to employ a bit of psychology in our interactions with others. Although I never studied the topic, it was always helpful to attempt to learn the other person’s mindset of the people I met.

Getting into the mindset of another to later make a sale sounds like magic and almost impossible to do. However, it is the easiest method for successfully selling and is enjoyable for most. The process begins by asking questions that open the door for the prospect to talk. Surprised, they give in-depth answers that lead to more questions and conversation. Soon both parties delve into sharing fun-related stories that may produce laughter and admiration.

The better sales strategy is in developing heart-to-heart and mind-to-mind conversations. The point of the conversation style is to establish a meaningful connection with each prospect. Return appointments occur when the match is good, and the relationship deepens.

The critical sentiments tossed at us by peers matter less when making solid connections with clientele. Nothing else matters when we see our progress with those we want to serve. The only detail to pay attention to is if we realize an idea to advance further and more quickly within the negative commentary. As the experience becomes commonplace, our stamina strengthens, and we become unstoppable.

My memorable unpleasant lessons taught me the following:

  • Our worst experiences are our gifts in disguise.
  • Listen to those nasty remarks; sometimes, you find a nugget of gold.
  • Contradictory for many, selling is about listening and clarifying what you don’t understand.
  • You must admit that you don’t know what you need to learn.
  • If you don’t stand up for yourself, no one else will.

What other people think about how we live or pursue our careers matters not. The entire picture depends upon us to do what is right, mirrors integrity, and our audience quickly realizes they can trust us. Trust and integrity are the beginning steps for what is necessary to become unstoppable.

Next, we are to monitor our progress and always research ways to improve our approach, plus further educate ourselves on the missing pieces, new technology, and strategies. Careers, no matter the level or style, is never easy. Accordingly, our determination and commitment to move forward will differentiate us from the majority.

Being a guest on the Super Entrepreneurs Podcast with host Shahid Durrani was a privilege. Your Story: Will You Do What is Necessary to Become Unstoppable?

The first stage to becoming unstoppable is adopting a mindset to include a willingness to learn, do additional research, listen to all comments, and test the better ideas that sound appealing. Next is to realize only some things work to 100% satisfaction, and some approaches have almost a negative effect. Instead of wasting time beating yourself up mentally, it is best to see where the ‘oops’ may reside to move forward again.

As you network, seek out supportive peers who are not just ‘yes’ people but who support you by offering valuable insight to help you further. Allow the negative commentary to strengthen your grit and determination. You may not find the yellow brick road, but you can create the path you desire on your timeline and your terms.

Enjoy your journey and celebrate the milestones along the way. Work a bit above your current knowledge base to inspire yourself to do more and be more. All the while, people will recognize your leadership development; some will attempt to stop you, while others make excellent introductions and offers of opportunity. Focus on the latter as you continue expanding your abilities and track your progress.

In Conclusion:

Following your heart’s desire will lead others to admire your achievements. All the while, you will build a respected brand that can also transfer to empowering communities at large. Ultimately, it will be evident that success requires you to do what is necessary to become unstoppable.
