A DECADE+ OF STORYTELLING POWERED BY THE BEST WRITERS ON THE PLANET

BE PART OF THE LEGACY

TAMPA BAY • FEBRUARY 23-24 2026

This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.

Why Humility is Strength, Not Weakness

Every potential you have was given to you for a reason which you’ve to use to fulfill your purpose on earth. But the essence of our potential isn’t to be arrogant with it or glorify ourselves but also to lift people up. For you to be able to impact society, you need the strength of humility. When you’re humble, you recognize the essence of your existence and those whom you’re called to serve.

You realize humility is necessary because it makes you realize more of their strengths than weaknesses which makes you develop empathy for them which is necessary to impact their lives. Humility is something that gives you an understanding of the things of the world. The more you think you know, and you’re exposed to the little you don’t know, your humility will increase. Humility isn’t a weakness because it allows you to learn things that you do not know.

Remember that life is a continuous process that requires daily learning. When you don’t learn, you are doomed to failure and misery. When you’re humble, you’re privileged because only a few possess your quality and strength which is necessary in society. The privilege is that you recognize that strength that comes with humility to make an impact anywhere you go. You build relationships with people who are beneath and above you and even the faint-hearted only with humility. These are people who need what you’ve to give and how can you realize that when you don’t possess the strength of humility?

The weak cannot become great in life because the greatest is only meant for the strong. Whenever you face adversity, it’s a blessing in disguise because it teaches you some of the virtues of life that you wouldn’t have known if you had not faced adversity –one of which is humility. It gives you the strength of humility because you realize you cannot succeed alone and you’re to learn from others as well.

Humility gives you happiness because you realize the world is a learning ground not solely for pleasure and enjoyment. It gives you an opportunity to learn in each step of your life and remember that it takes humility to learn. When you’re humble, it makes you see people through the eyes of love, not envy or hatred. Only the strong can love because love is too powerful for the weak.

Humility doesn’t mean you’re equal with them but you understand everyone is unique in his or her own way and everyone you meet is an opportunity to learn from them and also make an impact. It takes humility to admit that you don’t know something or you don’t have. You’re equally giving yourself chances of receiving. The person who admits that he/she doesn’t have is strong because you recognize the essence and value of people.

You aren’t born with humility, it is something you learn and imbibe through daily practice. Many people have fallen from glory to grass because they were arrogant and lacked the strength of humility. They think they can do it all alone and treat people as they deem fit. It is making them become weak because they’re losing their strength to learn, grow, and make an impact which comes with humility.

Do tell me the feeling each time you show humility.

Precious Mumzumi
My name is Precious Luther Mumzumi. I am a personal development coach, someone who is passionate about leadership, at the same time an inspirational writer. My passion for sharing my knowledge and wisdom with the world led me to author the book "Precious Insights". I am someone who enjoys reading, writing, teaching, spending my time alone, and also engaging myself in intellectual talks. As a futuristic person, solving global issues has always been my passion. Spending time studying and trying to proffer a solution gives me joy and I can even lose track of time so far I am on my accomplishment track. "Thinking," they say is one of the hardest tasks in the world but I prefer it to physical exercises. Mental actions such as meditation, and critical thinking are my calming and exciting moments. I love to visualize and imagine what the future would look like and that tickles my creativity. Precious is an ardent believer in investment in personal development because it births great achievements. You have to develop yourself first before you think of developing other people and society at large. Out of my inquisitiveness and firm belief, I idolize reading books that deal with self-development, psychology, leadership, and politics for my growth and valuable impact on society. When I was the deputy head prefect back in my secondary school I was awarded the best prefect of the year because of my hard work and dedication to societal development. Some of my core values are hard work, integrity, and discipline. I make sure I use my skills of writing, teaching, and leadership to impact and inspire society. I currently live in Nigeria, Adamawa State and I am available for writing, teaching, and coaching.
