A great post by Rached Alimi ignited my emotions. He wrote in his post;
“When the wind blows, you see what has weight.”
The immediate thoughts that rushed into my mind were some of us fly out like balloons. Others will break with their heaviness. Others will bow but they stand up stronger when the wind “hides”.
When we are heavy carrying loads of negative thinking, worries, unrealistic expectations, and goals we may break because of our heaviness.
Let the wind carry away our burden of heavy and saddening memories and bitter experiences and losses.
We can act smarter and let the wind carry away our worries and feel our strength and resilience to bow to the wind but not break when it blows vigorously.
New thoughts kept rushing into my mind.
I said to myself let the wind blow for it shall tell me among my friends who lean with the wind wherever it tilts. The wind helps me filter out real friends from fake ones.
The wind that carries the fragrance of flowers also carries the fragrance of our shining thoughts. Let us have thoughts that are positive and helpful. The wind upon sweeping our minds shall carry the fragrance of our thoughts as it carries the aroma when it passes a field of flowers.
Strong winds move us to the edge of chaos where our most creative ideas may unfurl. The wind tests our creativity, agility, and resilience to bring our best under challenges.
The wind when it passes a field of flowers cannot read, “Do not cut the flowers”. The wind blows flowers away. The wind cannot read but it can heal.
The wind makes tree branches dance and so we should do. The wind reminds us that we should keep on moving and rest only when needed.
The wind reminds us that it has power. Instead of cursing the wind, let us benefit from its power by using it to produce electricity, for example. We need to think positively and set aside complaints.
The wind reminds me that not all of what I desire is possible because the wind may blow against the desire of ships sending them the wrong way.
Accept failures for the wind shall later blow to what the ships desire.
Please share your thoughts on wind.
