Hello to you listening in Hickory, North Carolina! Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga.
My very grounded astral friend and colleague, Zen Benefiel, has published a book entitled Ascending at the Speed of Surrender. As he wrote to me: “I’m going into realms most don’t travel with this one.”
What could he mean? Zen is a world-bridger. His work embraces the process of a planetary civilization in evolution and the “other-worldly” help it receives along the way. If you are someone who looks deeply into the conundrum of the human condition and finds answers beyond your scope of understanding Zen can help. How? Research, a lifetime of personal interactions with non-human intelligence, and the willing suspension of belief systems about so-called inner and outer realities to investigate our collective quest for a better world.
Instead of holding back out of fear of rejection, Zen chose to Be the Dream, the dream that he has been living, to share what he has learned. I hope you’ll be inspired by the potential of his book, a timely piece for peace and harmony among people and planet.

BIO
Orphaned at birth and six weeks later adopted on the anniversary of his adoptive parents, Bob and Lou Benefiel, Bruce was curious and explored questions few could understand, let alone answer.
Zen has four children, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren that inspire his efforts to make a better world. He currently lives in Arizona with his wife Luba, an extraordinary classical pianist and music/piano teacher from St. Petersburg, Russia. Zen has played golf and drums, his two favorite pastimes, since his youth. His favorite music to play is improvisation with a progressive jazz/latin/rock mixture.
The moniker of ‘Zen’ came from one the crew of a TV show he produced and hosted called One World. The concept interview is on this author’s page in the video area. Zen was a guest on Dr. Jeffrey Mishlove’s New Thinking Allowed which came about in a serendipitous sequence in 2018, fulfilling a 28-year dream come true scenario. Hosting One World, Zen’s host/interview favorites to emulate were Dr. Mishlove and Bill Moyers, with hopes of someday being worthy of an interview with one of them.
Luba’s first Christmas present in 2017, an Ancestry.com subscription, brought another gift in January 2019, Zen was reunited with his birth mother. A synchronistic event through a friend with skip-tracing software also led to realizing he’d met is birth father in Phoenix in the late 80s, unbeknownst to either, at a UFO conference. Now that is some spooky cool action up close and personal.
Giving his wife credit for beginning again, he hosts a new version One World in a New World , coming off a 30-year hiatus, engaging apocalyptic chats with professionals and thought leaders. It’s unique in peering into the bridging of inner and outer worlds
