Human purpose is to be who you are and create what you love. You may wonder; What does it mean to be who you are?
Many cannot understand this concept since they try to do so through the mind. The mind differentiates and creates labels to determine individuality, which define opposites and how one experiences life. Labels do not express who you really are.
Being present or living with an open heart can only describe who you are. So, being in the now and being open-hearted all define the same thing: you.
Living in the now means living consciously in the present by experiencing what is happening around and within you. It does not involve engaging the mind with the past or the future. It means being in presence with your thoughts, feelings, and emotions and observing how these present themselves to you. The mind exists to observe and translate what is happening in you so that you can express it with an open heart. The mind becomes the servant of your heart.
When your mind is connected to your heart, you can only express what you are: love. The heart talks through you. Your thoughts become second-hand; they disappear in the overwhelming feelings and connection the heart speaks.
To be clear, the mind never silences. It moves to the back, where your ego, your individualisation, serves you to understand who you are. You live beyond your mind, bypassing it to connect with the heart.
By connecting with your heart, you become open-hearted. This can only happen when you are present.
To be open-hearted is to be present to the experiences happening inside and outside you. When you are open, you are consciously aware of your inner and outer worlds. You live by being who you are, expressing your love to the world, harmoniously giving and receiving through this expression.
There is no giving without receiving, and there is no receiving without giving. Both happen simultaneously and in balance; neither one more than the other. Your heart receives and gives through the love that you are and your interconnectedness with Oneness.
There are no expectations when being in the now. Your experiences are lighter, fresher, and more intense in their perception. Everything that happens within, through, and to you holds a meaning for you to choose in the present moment. Every “now moment” becomes an opportunity to grow as you thrive in the unknown.
You are who you are in every moment, and in every now moment, you change to become who you are in the next moment. You move from one moment to another through these opportunities that strengthen your awareness of who you already are.
Being who you are expands your life by opening your perception of the infinite universe that encompasses you. You entangle with everyone and everything, and life becomes magical.
Indeed, it takes willingness and effort to explore, experience, and practice being who you already are. It is an unlearning process that takes time and responsibility. Exploration (observation) and practice are the actions you need to take to return to your Self.
Being who you are is extremely freeing and expansive. Love and uniqueness become your expression, and innovation your creation. The mind is not limiting your perception anymore. On the contrary, it serves your heart to dive into infinite opportunities to become limitless potential.

Being yourself is the only thing that really matters to be happy with yourself but also to be well with others.
Personally I think that having an open mind and heart makes the difference in life!
Open mind because by letting go of prejudices, mental limits and old dogmas I make room in my mind for new thoughts and beliefs that support me and sustain me every day.
Open heart for me means abandoning judgment and criticism, accepting the diversity of others, understanding, believing, feeling, exploring, giving and above all loving.
Thanks so much, dearest Aldo 🙏❤️ I feel very blessed being in this family that has welcomed me with such a warmth and love!
Indeed, a mind opens when in service to the heart. It becomes flexible to welcome new perceptions.
I love your comment! Thanks so much!
