I see responsibility from a broader perspective from that which I had as a young girl and woman. It felt like I had to move through life being responsible for everyone. I muse at my perception.
Each of us cherish being heard and understood and given the opportunity to offer our unique abilities and gifts to our team, our families, and friends.
We each flourish and thrive when we can act and live as we innately are.
