In 1915, Einstein developed a theory that combined the perception of space and time, stating that they created a four-dimensional vector space known as “Universe Block Theory.”
✔️ Time is in a constant state of flow, with the past, present, and future existing simultaneously.
Now, I didn’t build a Time Machine and have yet to figure out HOW to travel through time physically. However, I have learned how to time travel MENTALLY. I originally stumbled upon the concepts of “Reframing and Projection” when attempting to heal the trauma and pain from my early childhood.
Here are my discoveries with the Reframing and Projection Techniques:
⏯️ From an existential standpoint, the past, present, and future are not separate and linear but inclusive and co-creating.
⏯️ While meditating one day, I revisited “Painful Moments” from my childhood and reframed each event with a positive and loving encounter, transmuting the old memories. At first, this seemed uncomfortable and weird. However, after the first reframing session, I FELT AMAZING AND PEACEFUL.
⏯️ After several sessions of Reframing, I could more easily forgive my caregivers, release regrets, and transform from victimhood into empowerment. GAMECHANGER ALERT🚨
⏯️ I intuitively sensed that I could start the healing process by reframing my past in a positive and loving vision.
⏯️ I started implementing my “Projection Technique,” whereupon I projected my consciousness to a Predictive Future If I stayed on my current trajectory. If I weren’t satisfied with my projected future, I would use this imagery as Rocket Fuel to focus my energy on my current life segments to create effectual change, thus leading toward a more aligned future.
⏯️ I utilized the Projection Technique as fuel to write my Best-Selling Book, “The Ultimate Retail Manual”, my Top-Selling Online Course, “The Ultimate Retail Course”, and to go through with my divorce.
⏯️ After practicing both techniques for years, my life has dramatically changed. I feel a deep sense of peace, balance, harmony, and connectedness.
⏯️ These techniques also assist with TIMELINE JUMPING by creating an energetic shift (the heart produces Magnetic Energy, and our thoughts produce Electrical Energy) from one timeline to another. When the heart and mind are congruently aligned, we can manifest different realities.
💡 When we change the meaning and narrative of our past, we simultaneously change our present and future narratives. Moreover, changing the narrative of your present and future simultaneously alters the meaning or narrative of your past.

Life is divided into three moments: past, present, future.
Of these, the present is short, the future is doubtful, the past is certain.
We must look at time not as a rigid separation of past, present and future, but rather as a continuous present, always renewed or renewable and made of a sustainable plan.
The important thing is to be careful not to mentally root yourself in “time that is not there”, that is, to live in a remote past or future weighed down by regrets or worries.
