WE DON'T DO IT ALL, BUT WE DO IT ALL "FOR GOOD"

BE PART OF THE LEGACY

TAMPA BAY • FEBRUARY 23-24 2026

This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.

This is Not the Way the World Works

Have you heard this before? “This is not the way the world works”… I’ve often heard that while growing up. While my family was quite supportive, the beliefs developed over generations kept me confused for years. On one side, “you can achieve whatever you want,” and on the other ‘this is not the way the world works, this is only for rich people, this is only possible when you have connections, and so on….”

It isn’t apparent when those statements are made to the person who develops their own beliefs and finds their path. Luckily, I refused to believe in the second part, and I’ve chosen to keep trying and keep looking for solutions that work for me, not the ones that “someone said it should only/ can only be this way.”

Unfortunately, growing up, we tend to give in to some beliefs that are not to our benefit, and those don’t contribute to our personal and professional growth.

The problem is – if you agree and let those things settle inside you, you lose. If you don’t want to lose, you have to learn to question everything, raise your curiosity to a new level, keep talking to other people, collect opinions, read, understand, do, fail and succeed.

You have your journey, and you can make it successful. How to break through the stereotypes and beliefs passed onto you? It is not easy, but it is possible, and here is how:

Step 1. Disassociate yourself.

Step 2. Analyze. Try to think of a situation and possible outcomes from different angles

Step 3. Try – try different tools, try to be open-minded, learn various tools and techniques, and apply them

Step 4. Make your own choices. Once you’ve learned and tried different things, you’ll be able to “form your style.”
