Indeed, dear friends, while our lives on Earth are undergoing enormous change and upheaval, I sense the increasing presence of a numinous realm, a feeling of lightness and possibility beyond our circumstances.
Its qualities of wonder and ease can become apparent in a myriad of ways – within us, and between us.
Thus, I share reflections on a beautiful friendship with a woman in her late 90’s, our conversations flowing like the ocean, back and forth, effortlessly illuminating, nourishing, and timeless. The piano music I play is the lyrical Scottish ballad, “Loch Lomond.”
