When Jim Collins, the Stanford teacher, researcher, and author of best-selling business books including “Good To Great” and “Built To Last,” was in his mid-20s, a fellow teacher and friend told him, “Your genetic energy level enables your lack of discipline. Instead of leading a disciplined life, you lead a busy life.” I’d guess many of us relate. In Jim’s case, the comment impacted his life.
