  1. Excellent information Team 360! In further support, when we take the time to ask what may seem like odd-ball questions, we are garnering a more genuine idea (to seek to understand) the person behind the interviewee.

    It isn’t uncommon to also take the interviewee (once they’ve reached the top-three, for example) out to a public setting to participate in non-company related activities to see how they respond to others, to see how they respond to the challenge of something exciting, daring, or a-typical.
