The Missing Link To Health – How To Allow & Receive It

Let us talk about why receiving is an important part of giving. Allowing is a missing link to the concept of serving. We are serving creation by opening for receiving. We are serving ourselves by allowing the divine to flow through us. Any obstruction of flow is a restriction of abundance.

It is ok to say yes. You are worthy and you are loved.

Our lives represent a full circle of actions and reactions. A full and complete round of living, giving and receiving. Be it while sleepwalking like zombie’s, or awakened brave humans, we still create what we live. Our subconscious and conscious mind travel with us on this journey of joy and heart aches. We experience ups and downs, highs and lows. Nothing is constant. Duality is a part of our reality. It is what makes us learn and grow. It is what makes us push our limits. We seek abundance and everything that comes with it, as it is our natural state.

We are abundant beings. Blessed beyond belief.

  1. There are so many options out there to become and stay healthy. I think the biggest realization out there is to become honest with yourself about what drives you to be healthy. Sure, we all want to still keep both our mind and our mobility in our later years. But, what drives us to stay fit on a daily basis?

    For some it’s being about to fit into those same jeans from 20 years ago. With others it’s the company they keep while working out. And surprisingly with quite a few, it’s to “bird watch” the opposite sex while working out.

    Once you accept what really drives you to be healthy, you’ll become healthy in mind, body, and soul.

    • Thank you for the response! Sadly today, many are fighting for their lives, working to not only live healthy into later years, but to actually have a life. So many are on detrimental mediactions, told they are chronic and can never get healthy again.
