The God Particle And You (Part 3)

This series of Articles will describe the elusive “God Particle,” what it is, what it means for science, how it relates to ancient spiritual knowledge, and what it all means for you.

In Part II we discussed the action of the “God Particle,” the Higgs boson, in converting energy into matter, but we indicated that rather than being discovered in 2012, the action of the God Particle was described in ancient wisdom texts over two thousand years ago.

THE FALL OF THE WISDOM GODDESS

Gnosticism was a body of mystic spiritual wisdom that cut across religious lines. Gnostic forms are found in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Gnosticism was part of a universal spiritual tradition that tied the Western religions to pagan mystery schools, Buddhism, Hinduism, and other major religious and spiritual practices. The Gnostics embodied their mystical knowledge in the common narrative vehicle of their day, which was myth.

The central Gnostic myth of creation pictured God, the one energy, pouring out Its consciousness in descending waves of being. These conscious beings occupied dimensions that covered the entire spectrum of creation, both material and immaterial. The highest levels of conscious beings were called aeons. This is equivalent to other terms like angels or gods in different religious traditions.

The Gnostic creation myth concerned a high being, a feminine aspect of the deity, the aeon Sophia. Sophia means wisdom in Greek. Sophia, though a high being, longed to know the hidden face of God, which no being can truly know. Frustrated and burning with desire to be nearer to God, she focused on the chaotic shadow at the edge of the perfectly organized fullness (heaven). She gazed upon the unorganized, churning proto-energies of chaos. And it came to her that to be more God-like, she had to create on her own in the manner that God projected It’s own substance to create the aeons.

So Sophia broke the unity of heaven. She projected her essence, which was a stream of vast conscious energy, into chaos. Now there is a huge amount of psychological and scientific symbolism behind this action that I cannot get into here. An eBook, A Descent of Light has information for those wanting more specifics. For our purposes, we’ll stick to one aspect of the story relating to the God Particle.

As Sophia’s intense energy penetrated chaos, something called proto-elements swarmed around her like iron filings do to a magnet. Already, we see remarkable terms being used here during a time when technology and science did not exist. Chaos is described in a manner analogous to what modern science calls the quantum foam. This is an area of energetic potential where random waves of light energy may be collapsed into point particles of matter (to be explained in Part IV). The ancient term proto-matter within chaos is virtual particles, in modern scientific terms. They are not quite organized, definable particles of matter but rather precursors of matter in a potential state.

If you recall from Part II, the God Particle attaches itself to cosmic energy streams and slows their vibration until they begin to take on mass, the precursor to matter. Matter is really nothing more than energy in an arrested state of motion or vibration.

Sophia, who is actually a current of high, intelligent energy, descends into chaos. Exactly like the action of the Higgs boson God Particles, the proto-matter latent in chaos swarms around her, engulfing her. They slow her energy, reducing her vibration. As a result, she begins to transmute into matter. She cries out to heaven in alarm:

Sophia here is clearly energy becoming matter described in a personalized myth to be intelligible to the non-scientific ancient mind. The story explicitly describes how the mixture of Sophia’s divine energy with these proto-matter elements becomes the basis for a new substance–matter.

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the discovery of the God Particle two thousand years ago! If this isn’t an exact description of the Higgs field’s operation in slowing higher energies to form mass and matter, I don’t know what is. Stunning, isn’t it?

It’s even more astounding when you become aware of another parallel. We said in Part II that consciousness, that is, intelligent energy, directs the creation of material existence. A Russian named Vladimir Poponen performed an experiment. He had photons of light energy in a vacuum container where they randomly bounced around. He then introduced human DNA into the vacuum. The photons instantly swarmed around the DNA but now in an organized pattern mimicking the DNA’s helix shape. When the DNA was removed, the photons retained their organized form. The intelligence contained in the DNA imparted structure to the photons! Again, exactly how the Gnostics described the effect that Sophia’s intelligent energy had on the unorganized elements of chaos.

So to summarize what we’ve learned so far, energy is the preeminent force in creation. Energy carries information. An intelligence exists behind energy directing it into consistent, differentiated patterns of matter. Matter is nothing but energy slowed in vibration to the point of detectability by the physical senses.
