A DECADE+ OF STORYTELLING POWERED BY THE BEST WRITERS ON THE PLANET

WE DON'T DO IT ALL, BUT WE DO IT ALL "FOR GOOD"

BE PART OF THE LEGACY

TAMPA BAY • FEBRUARY 23-24 2026

This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.

The Goal Achiever Develops the Agile Thinker in Us

In fifteen years teaching the principles of achievement, I have asked this question dozens of times in dozens of different contexts to as many people. “Who has taken a class on how to set a Goal?” CRICKETS.

The best I got was “it was part of a seminar when I was in the Army.”

I don’t remember the word ‘goal’ being highlighted as I grew up and attended university. I’m sure my parents told me to set a goal, yet I don’t remember if I did, or didn’t.

Ten years ago, and now 20,000 hours into studying and teaching Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich to people around the world, I began to realize that the answer to success and happiness might be connected to achievement.

I was seeing in my clients that the consistent setting and achievement of goals, in ‘spaced repetitive intervals over time,” caused transformation in them … Transformation that was ‘sticking!’ They were different. They had an overall daily mindset and way of being that exuded ‘wealth, health, and happiness.’ I loved it.

With no rules for achievement in one place that I could find … and I searched, I began to determine the common denominators among my clients, who set and achieved 90-day goals for their businesses, their personal lives, their education, their careers … including all areas of life.

Most clients did four to twelve business quarters, achieving that many goals consistently. Some did as many as twenty quarters in a row; a few did one or two.

After an exhaustive search for the commonalities, the ‘rules’ if you will for consistent and predictable achievement, across 5,000 years of writing, I put them together myself.

And why not me? I was the ONE to do this.

As I was the ONE to write the first best seller, Think and Grow Rich for the 21st-century businesswomen in 2014 (CHAMPION), which I teach alongside Think and Grow Rich to all my clients.

There are twelve sure-fire rules that if one sets their goals based on them, they will always have their best chance at success. They are developed from success principles and include the universal laws on top of twenty-five years of dabbling in quantum physics, metaphysics, philosophy, and a dash of alchemy.

Like anything, knowing ‘what’ the rules are, and then ‘applying them’ … that is, being disciplined and motivated enough to not give up, is my work. The rules and one simple process work together. It is however my skill in guiding you and listening to what you really want, that are distinct from anyone I have ever met or read who works in achievement.

Every client for fifteen years sits with me quarterly to determine what that ONE goal will be for those ninety days. As they share, the right idea ultimately always finds its way into my awareness. Then I ask questions that move us toward a result. I am not thinking … I am downloading … I am the ‘opening’ … that is it ‘pops’ into my mind very clearly and I know it comes from our partner in thought, the Universe. You can call it spirit, energy, God … it’s all one bundle of love, accessible to each of us, one thought at a time.

The magic in achievement is agile thinking. With each goal completed based on these irrefutable laws of achievement, occurs a new Belief for my clients! What I mean is a “belief in their ability (to do something they haven’t done before) … and their deserve-ability (and confidence) in having it.

Once you believe this about doing something new, this Belief now ‘outweighs’ the old belief that ‘I can’t or am not deserving,’ and that dialogue and emotion now dominates our conscious awareness. Whether we believe we can, or cannot, in any case, only ONE of these prevail in any given moment. And the emotion or feeling matches the belief.

Enough of these new beliefs outweighing all the old programming and stories, when faced with a challenge, we now can ‘choose’ what we tell ourselves. Our conscious awareness is not automatically occupied by the old belief, but by the new one.

The result is we save time …not in analysis paralysis about it … we bypass that and ‘choose’ the new belief and its emotion and dialogue to occupy our mind. And it FEELS GOOD. And we are off to the races.

In my signature work with corporate, entrepreneurs, and small business owners, the touchstone for their leadership development training is achievement … Everything about it! I know that if we have simple steps that yield the results we want, repeatedly, it will create a new neural pathway on which our mind can hop.

  1. Yes, the goals do transform Ali Anani.

They transform our collection of beliefs so that the ‘new’ ones take precedence over the older ones.

I agree the older ones actually STOP us and that is why following the biomimicry process of turning thought energy into physical matter helps people achieve with consistency.

I have found that haphazard results are not optimum. Thank you for your kind comment!

  2. Great post, Leslie,

I want to combine two paragraphs from your post.

I was seeing in my clients that the consistent setting and achievement of goals, in ‘spaced repetitive intervals over time,” caused transformation in them … Transformation that was ‘sticking!’
    And the second paragraph
Once you believe this about doing something new, this Belief now ‘outweighs’ the old belief that ‘I can’t or am not deserving,’ and that dialogue and emotion now dominates our conscious awareness.

Not only goals transform, but also beliefs transform as well. Old beliefs may not be able to help in achieving bigger and higher goals.

The condition for evolved beliefs and evolved goals to work together is the graph in your post and the process needed for this to happen.
Operate- Continuous Feedback- Plan- Build- Continuous Integration- Deploy- Operate and the loop continues from a higher level

Great post and lot of thinking inveted in its writing
