As long as you can trust the managers in your business, you know that it is in safe hands. Knowing this is one thing; but being able to put it into practice is quite another. Your managers should ideally know much more than anyone else in your teams. This is not to say that those lower down should not know as much, of course. After all, having someone like this high up is always going to work wonders for your business. This intuition is something which cannot easily be taught. More often than not, it comes about as a result of more and more experience within the industry or that particular business. As such, the best way to find these people is to look for those who have the most experience. Experience begets many useful qualities, regardless, so this is always going to work wonders for your business.
