Creating Paradigm Shift From Old Mold to Fresh & New
During my recent survey with my followers and long term supporters on LinkedIn, for which I am deeply grateful, this topic came as of high interest from multiple leaders in the finical and customer goods industries.
I am sure that you would agree that the topic is relevant and timely across these industries. As per my promise, I want to share the most valuable, timely, and relevant content by identifying the top five biggest leadership enablers needed today which I address in this short video:

Lastly, I was also asked if these enablers are obvious and therefore often overlooked?
These top five enablers may to some be obvious and to some not so much. Why? It all depends on organizational culture, existing leadership capacity, and types of leaders. The knowledge level or skill set of the leaders in charge may hinder or expedite the speed, process, and decision-making process from an old model to a new model.

Very interesting article. I have never been comfort with the word leadership and always thought being an influencer that works quietly behind the curtains to nudge and direct can also greatly impact direction.
