He spent 23 years with Merrill Lynch and is now a Qualified Arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution Services, listening to both sides of securities-related disputes, weighing the facts, and rendering final and binding decisions. He’s earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova, and is working on a Doctorate in Philosophy and human Resource Management, from Northcentral University.
