I do agree with you and can definitely attest to this Luke Williams !! I have always had a unique way to look at things and find a solution to them. It may not come out in the most direct way, but I communicate differently than other people. When we truly connect and realize how people communicate with us, great opportunities present themselves to us all.
I get more from a great engaging conversation with someone (or a group of people) in finding out the ways and the path to find the best solution to a problem. I know there are better communicators that are far better than me, but with my over 35 years of corporate America experience, maybe (just maybe) I can find any solution to any problem that comes before us. Because I truly believe when we all collaborate and embrace each other’s gifts, talents, and skill sets, there is nothing that we cannot accomplish together.
And I will understand people’s frustration or lack of connection with me on any given matter or opportunity to connect on the human level.
Leaders are not born, they are molded through various ways (and through people) and experiences throughout their lives. This is when people should seize the opportunity to see the gifts that reside in us all help those people share their gifts with the world.
We should not limit ourselves or other great people from becoming what we are meant to be. When you see that opportunity take it !! Because it is sometimes the smallest things that truly turn into the biggest impacts of all. So I am so humbled and honored to have great friends and mentors like you Luke Williams, Eileen Bild, Evans Duren, Dennis J. Pitocco, Melissa Hughes, Ph.D., Sejal Thakkar, Monique Jozwiakowski, Prosci® CP, Brian Sommer, Graeme Thorpe Stephen Polsinelli, MBA Hector R. Alvarez, MSPsy, CTM S. Scott Mason to name just a few of all of the many great people who believe in me and that I have a personal relationship with because with your guidance and seeing the opportunity before you all, you have allowed me to become a better entrepreneur, a better person and more importantly, truly become a part of something bigger than myself !!
If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later!

Here is the LinkedIn post from Luke Williams that inspired me to write this article.
Absolutely shareable.
Sharing is a very important social skill to be able to build healthy, strong relationships and to contribute to the well-being and happiness of all. In a broad sense, it means giving to those who need it “our diversity” and our resources for the well-being of all. So it’s about putting together your ideas or your means for a common benefit.
Sharing leads to happiness thanks to diversity. And this is nothing more than the basis on which relationships rest. Love and friendships are based on sharing, on looking together despite different points of view, on the value of the gift and mutual help.
A world without sharing is not even possible to imagine, there would no longer be families, tribes, villages, cities. The knowledge would be kept secretly and therefore not handed down. We would no longer have a “past”. Sharing is therefore so important that it is fundamental.
