Brian has served on multiple culturally-based nonprofit Boards focused on professional development, leadership development, and community-building. Brian served as a Faculty Coach, Coach Supervision Call, and Oral Exam Administrator with People Acuity to ensure Coach Certification Program quality. In addition to these key operational roles, Brian also served as a business development partner and lead community-builder fostering connection and strategic interdependence among hundreds of certified coaches across 30+ countries.
Brian currently serves as a Business Strategy Consultant with Overcoming Odds, a nonprofit dedicated to serving and improving the lives of adoptees. His primary role is to support the CEO with taking Overcoming Odds’ reach and impact to the next level. Brian is an ICF credentialed coach, holding coaching certifications from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership Coaching Program, Strengths Strategy, and People Acuity. Brian is a Certified Facilitator for the Strengths Strategy for Optimal Performance workshop and a Conversational Intelligence® Enhanced Practitioner.
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston College and enjoys learning about people’s stories, especially those with different backgrounds and experiences. Brian values the expanded perspective and learning opportunities this offers as part of his continuous learning and development.
