We have to believe that our gratitude changes us for the better because of the way we feel when we find the courage to express it.

BE PART OF THE LEGACY
This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.
Regret Sucks

Beautiful Wendy! You’re right. And it does lift me up each time I share a ‘thank you’ with someone… with specific detail.
My evenings include 15-minutes with a timer that open with gratitude for the graces of the day… details that help me notice in each next day . . . and that fuel my gratefulness as I go deeper . . . in prayer.
blessings,
Cynthia
Love this Wendy. Three things I learned that can make a major difference in someone’s personal and professional life are “I see you. I hear you. You matter.” Eight words that can change our life, our organization and the world. Say these words to someone you love or someone struggling now while we have the opportunity. Regret does suck – there is nothing worse than thinking I wish I had done or said X. Do it now.
Thanks, Wendy.
It took me a lot of years (I’m almost embarrassed how long) to realize that gratitude, like love, is an action.
Be.

Okay, Wendy, you know I’m not typically a video-watcher (in spite of your heroic efforts to encourage me to be a video maker!), but I’m so glad I took the time to watch this. You model this bit of wisdom. I know, because I’ve been the grateful recipient of your thoughtful reaching out. Thank you for all you do!
(and oh, btw, you’ll be proud of me – I’ve been a busy little bee recording my ecourses that launch in January! See! I am teachable!)
