Engagement levels on social platforms vary from appreciation level such as like. They go a level higher by acting such as commenting. The comments have also different levels. The simplest form is saying few words such as thanking the author for her/his post. They go higher by adding insights and suggestions.
Some readers opt for higher levels of actions such as sharing the post, tagging other readers to it, sharing it, embodying the post on the sites, or adding a link in their post to the post and publishing a post on the post.
BIZCATALYST 360° introduced an even higher level of engagement. This is featuring the articles of another to selected posts of the author. This is more engaging than individual engagement. I call it collective engagement. This is a big reward for authors to continue harder in contributing worthy and engaging articles. I have experienced this personally, as I received the following congratulatory e-mail from BIZCATALYST 360°. The e-mail reads as follows:

This heart-lifting e-mail prompted me to share this article with the readers.
Actions result from planting the seeds of ideas. They grow in proportion to the size of the pots the author plants the seeds in. The bigger the pot is, the bigger the plant of action grows and the more reward in the form of engagement is the fruit.
The Diamond of Your Life
Purpose, meaning, values, and mission of life –what do these mean to you?
Recently, Susan LePlae Miller published a post in which she stated that
#Purpose
#Passion
#Values
#Beliefs
Their alignment gives our lives a meaning.
The greater the purpose in your life –what you were meant to do to justify your existence- the larger the pot is that you place yourself in and the greater you may grow. The lower the purpose of life and the smaller the pots get and the potential for self-growth shrinks.
Your values towards a big purpose make your life a #meaningful life. Do you have the belief that you can achieve them or keep trying to achieve without despairing?
Do you follow your purpose with #passion? This fuel keeps you persistent and marching on.
Enlarge your pot by having a purpose greater than just serving self. Self-centered purposes will only serve you and its effect shall be only rewarding to you.
Expand the pot of your life to expand the possibility that you have a powerful meaning.
Be careful –the #diamond of #alignment may have flaws. However, these flaws give the diamond its glow and distinctive features. Be yourself.
Authors should realize that their work should base itself on the four factors forming the diamond. Authors write for readers to serve them passionately and with purpose to live a meaningful life and so to write meaningful articles that generate appreciation and engagement.
Similarly, authors need to realize that their diamonds shall never be perfect. They need to remember that diamonds are unique because of their flaws that give their distinctive glowing shine. Without these flaws, the diamond crystals would look dull and alike.
It is the recognition of our flaws that make us glow and attract interest.
Trying to be perfect is imperfect. Trying to be perfect is an assured way to be less than who you are now.
I know well that I am far from being a perfect writer. That realization is the drive that keeps me trying to do better. My flaws become my strength. This may sound paradoxical, but it is our reality. We are all imperfect diamonds.
Meanwhile, I congratulate you on the recognition from Dennis and his organization. You deserve it for the brilliance of your articles.
As for the pursuit of perfection, I believe that life is progress, not perfection: this is one of the most important concepts to keep in mind in the journey of the continuous process of personal transformation in which we are involved.
To progress and achieve much higher results, it is necessary to adopt the mental habit of doing the “best possible”. That is, adopting new behaviors, attitudes and strategies required in that situation to achieve higher goals. Doing the “best possible” means looking at the best there is in that sector and adopting the most effective habits. In this way we will see how our limits will be overcome by new skills expressed by more effective behaviors.
Finally, I wrote some time ago about perfection, perhaps in an ironic tone (but without going very far from reality, I think!).
Perfection is complete, absolute, certain and unchangeable……but it is therefore “boring”, always the same, saturated and saturating! In many years of work and research i have not found a single individual and organizational behavior rule that would work anywhere and everywhere and would rule over time and space. Perfection (especially managerial) does not exist and, if it is described in the books, does not work in reality, does not produce success. What is needed is the imperfection: an act brave, tenacious, practical, humble, flexible, confident, hard, that can be corrected at any time, that can be improved. We win by trying and trying again, fixing, patching, correcting and, above all, do not give up and continued without stopping to think too much.
