This was a trial to explore the difference between:
❤️ The positive Attitude
❤️ The positive Mindset
I tried both during my transformational adventure by the way. I started with the first one which worked “perfectly” for a while until a major incident happened in my life.
The balance we build through exclusively adopting a positive attitude: positive affirmations and making use of self-compassion is extremely fragile… It doesn’t take that much to break it simply because all that a positive attitude is really doing is:
“Numbing the root causes of the imbalance and adding a new shield to the collection!”
We will still be ego-driven and react to the first difficult circumstance. The real growth begins when we dig deeply being armed with limitless courage to meet the demons & our limiting beliefs, and commit to bear with the pain of destroying them!
