Modern management having a design to craft a policy and with all its alacrity to execute it. If they fail to exploit the desired yield, they are focused to resort to plan “B” with an aspiration to acquire their desired goal and if it too fails, then they may seek to plan “C”, followed by series of plans.
So, plan “B” is just a fallacy to instill hope to hopeless only to clouded many with obscurantism!
But, we cannot rule out, a policy is basically is a statement of intent, largely designed out of ideology and principles with an aim to cause betterment for the majority in general, of course with a rational essence. So, to craft a plan, it necessarily requires a policy and a plan is merely a manifestation of a policy. At the same time to differentiate between subjective and objective, it is the objective which eventually reigns, as it contains the essence of the majority’s welfare which alone act as instrumental for the satiating majority and make the plan successful. But, if a policy contains flaws it will make plans abortive and virtually defame policy framers as the plan will never reflect the desired result. Unfortunately, our policy framers are so obsessed with their policies, they hardly could judge that nothing is absolute in this mundane world If they are focused on their subjective propositions of “Do or Die” then they will be decimated by virtue of “Objective” protocol and their failures are just an outcome of their sheer failures. So, plan “B” is just a fallacy to instill hope to hopeless only to clouded many with obscurantism!
Now the question is, how this policy derived, and from what soil with what proposition? Have we ever thought, that at the same time, there is a counter policy with the potential to equally propitiate? Suppose in a pandemic situation which eclipsing the majority, when people are dying in astronomical numbers, precisely in the developing nations, all of sudden we are bemused with the declaration of abrupt “Lock Down”, not at all considering how a large section of unorganized working forces will suffice, what assistance a state can render to alleviate their plight? The appalling condition suddenly emerged only to make discern between privileged and less privileged.
I wonder, how “Lock Down” has emerged as the most effective instrument and incorporated in the “Medical Sciences” to combat a virus that is gradually emerging virulent! At the same time, a large section of people’s misery can give birth to huge unrest in an available society where misery becoming a boon for few to make huge profits and wealth and I guess, in due time it alone can become a bane and surely become difficult to handle. Failures of plan can only script sheer disgrace to mankind.
So, with inadequate resources, it is certainly difficult to ameliorate the conditions of the majority and in this context, if the existing pandemic situation may aggravate, it will naturally pave the way for a Tsunami of mass annihilation, whether from virus or from lack of support to sustain majority’s life and livelihood. Now, in this context what plan “B” we can resort to? Inevitably we will be inundated by the deluge of people’s resentment and sheer chaos will engulf us. If we unable to sustain, then how our market will exist, and from where we may eventually acquire profits?
“A” is the first alphabet in English Language and there is yet no substitute for the first. Second cannot take the place of first. At the same time in English grammar “Vowels” cannot sustain and play the role of entire English grammar’s configuration without “Consonant” and thus sound makes a huge impact out of words we make to amplify the signals, essential for us to disseminate and thus a “Team” grow with vigor and enthusiasm.
Sounds make a massive appeal and make a huge difference to our sensory organs, initiate a collective approach to navigate us for ushering mankind. On most occasions, our hearing organ plays a key role to accelerate our growth and prosperity. Without going outside we can discriminate the sound of lightning of nature and man-made explosives. Similarly, out of sound, we can sense our imminent jeopardy as well as ecstasy. But, there is no such second option of replacing sound as well our one of the five sense organ with distinction and making supplement with any alternative instrument. For the time being our innovative action may fetch dividends, but in long run, it will only help to script our perpetual decimation or obituary.
“Hit or Miss” is perhaps the only solution and that alone can encourage us to adapt against the hostile situation. Once we throw an arrow can we able to retrieve its former state/ The motion it acquires out of our intentional effort will certainly cover a distance out of its potentiality and there cannot be any plan “B” to rectify our error, if we may at all made or if we fail to attain our desired goal we are aiming for.
So, it is ardent request on the behest of our policy framers, do not please obsessed or confuse with your crafted plan “B” to manoeuver your failures. There cannot be any backup plan for the policy which has ample potential to cause disaster and detriment for mankind. You need to introspect in terms of framing any policy, keeping in view the real picture or the soil you are standing upon. It is obviously the external force that may give thrust to a stationary object to move. But, on contrary, the internal configuration is equally important for promoting an impetus, lest our effort will become futile and we may confront utter deterrence for subsequently applying our effort with the desired consequence.
