Frank Zaccari went through a life-altering event when his brother had a horrific accident that awakened him to new perspectives. There are pivotal moments in our journey where we are challenged to reassess ourselves, what is important, and how we push through the most intense tests of our perseverance, strength, and courage. Watch this interview to learn how Frank went from Crappy to Happy and re-defined his life for the better.
Frank is a co-contributor for the book Crappy to Happy: Sacred Stories of Transformational Joy, now ranked as a #1 New Release for Anthologies.
Frank, it was quite something to hear your story and your brother’s story. Your love for your siblings and parents shines through. I am happy to gotten to know you a little better this way.
Eileen, you stepped beautifully back to let Frank talk and only guided very elegantly up to helicopter view. Once again I am reminded of Soren Kierkegaard’s words “Life is understood backwards but must be lived forwards.”
Charlotte, I love to hold space for the people I interview to share their story. Usually, they are heart centered and have a deep meaning for their life path/journey. Frank has a powerful message in this life altering event that changed not only his brother’s life but his immediate family and those around him. This story is very inspirational and I am honored to have been able to give Frank the opportunity to give others hope and perspective that a crappy experience can be turned into a positive outcome. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts! Love the quote…so true!
Cheers! Eileen
Thank you Charlotte. Eileen Bild is a wonderful host. She created such a safe environment and allowed me to go back to a very difficult time and emotional time. As a co-author of “Crappy to Happy”, my brother’s story shows that at times situations seem completely overwhelming, but we don’t have to let that despair define our life. We have a choice to pick up the pieces and start moving forward. As impossible as it seems when we start moving forward, better times and better people will come into our life.
