It’s the same old thing. The first thing that popped into my head when I read the article is: “Eh no my friend, we cannot have two different standards when it comes to applying human commitment… I absolutely agree with Dr David Facer. No one wants to feel used. The hypocrisy of many so-called leaders, is that they go about preaching principles and values but flouts them by refusing to apply them when it is inconvenient to do so. That is highly regrettable. That is jerkship not leadership. Unfortunately fish stinks from the head… does it not? They don’t care about people or what they think… Yes, I fully agree, they would do well to recognize the Human Factor. Thank you.
