Hi !
Glad you mentioned personally getting unstuck.
Sexual abuse is as you know a Loaded complex issue for all. It’s difficult to be open and share inner thoughts. We all know someone that has been violated. It’s a long road in some cases to recovery But possible. Many men and women have been deprived of a first loving sexual experience. I know many who turned to abuse of drugs to soothe their pains. Sad. I know many who have used the Arts to heal. And many who have used MH therapies.
Kudos to our hero’s, our survivors!!
