In sighs of leaves rustling, a whisper: “Breathe.”
A sacred message, for the pounding hearts.
A gentle nudge, in the silence, to “Just Be.”
In the chaotic World, an urge to be Free.
The spirits sing, “Blossom from within.”
A call to unfold, a journey to begin.
Pachamama’s waves in every gust and flurry,
A silent tale of Love, not to hurry.
Nature Wisdom is all around. Just take a moment to pause, notice, and connect with it.
Nature regenerates, expands, and sustains.
It quietens the mind, reinvigorates our physical body, and replenishes our energy.
The indigenous people of the Andes call Mother Earth, “Pachamama”.
A resonance with the love and connection I feel for all things Nature.
May you have a joyful and gentle holiday season, and a blessed New Year.
