Patricia,
Thank you! I really listened to this with great interest and resonated with much of the discussion. I believe in our spiritual realm as well. As an empath with greater sensitivity it was a life of questioning what’s wrong with yourself when you just don’t know why you don’t seem normal. I found solace in writing and just kept it to myself. As I have grown, my path seems to have evolved In its natural destiny guide by the realm of spiritualization, tapping into that which was drawing me at the most random of moments. The study of yoga allowed for me to dwellers even deeper. Meditation introduced a direct path to the subconscious for me to employ acceptance and the mere fact the
At it was ok. Life’s battles were wrought with pain and abuse where the tools simply were not there. Not until it was close to the end…something magnificent released its power and lifted me up when I had detached completely. The immense synergy of enlightenment through acceptance, forgiveness and releasing bonds has been by far the most magnificent experience. I’m not afraid anymore. The breath is a great tool. My technique is to inhale slowly counting to 5…hold for 2( or longer) and releasing a longer count of 7, it depends…the focus of the release is to rid the negativity. There is more breath to release than you think. By doing this you make more room for the fresh and pure to enter. If a time of leaving my presence occurs when I am not ready, I can come to the present with my awareness and focus on the breath to take control. Ok I’ve said a lot but it’s fascinating with self discovery just to be able to share. The higher self is the power of life. The most important relationship there is. Call it what you want…it’s all the same to me in one way. I also believe in God as the creator who is the Devine master of all spirits. Thank you for this interesting podcast. Have a wonderful weekend!
