I wrote these verses nearly 40 years ago while traveling around the world. Since then I have revisited and revised them again and again until they arrived in their present incarnation.
How many excuses do we make for not doing what we know we should do? How different would our lives be if we stopped making them? What are we afraid of? Commitment? Failure? Success?
