Lhasa OMS recently surveyed 2,000 millennials to learn more about their stress levels, the impact stress has on their lives and the coping methods they turn to.
Among the things analyzed in the study include the top sources of stress for millennials, the top emotional side effects of stress, the top behavioral side effects of stress, the top physical side effects of stress and the top coping mechanisms for millennials.
