Governments also have a vested interest in ensuring that qualified talent is available to fill jobs and drive economic growth. The new Human Capital Index from The World Economic Forum, developed in collaboration with Mercer, shows which of 122 countries — representing more than 90% of the world’s workforce — are setting the standard for workforces that are best positioned to contribute to economic success.
