A DECADE+ OF STORYTELLING POWERED BY THE BEST WRITERS ON THE PLANET

WE DON'T DO IT ALL, BUT WE DO IT ALL "FOR GOOD"

BE PART OF THE LEGACY

TAMPA BAY • FEBRUARY 23-24 2026

This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.

Movie Lines and Song Lyrics Can Empower Our Results for Growth

While the above title may catch you off-guard, consider the movie lines that may occasionally come to mind, applicable to an occasional unique circumstance. When unsettling events occur, for many it’s time to toughen up and not only ‘watch’ what transpires, but also ‘act.’ Accordingly, the renowned movie line comes to mind: ‘May the force be with you!’ A Google Search provides the history of the expression:

‘Obi-Wan Kenobi was known to use the phrase throughout his career as a Jedi. “May the Force be with you” was a phrase used to wish luck or goodwill, generally when individuals parted ways, or the object of the expression was facing some sort of imminent challenge.”  For additional inspiration, continuing reading, movie lines, and song lyrics can empower our results.

Seek Motivation and Inspiration via Varying Media

On another note, song lyrics may provide the motivation and inspiration we seek. In many regards, the time is now to give due consideration to the following lyrics for motivation; they were written by Rodgers and Hammerstein. The song was featured in the classic movie, Sound of Music, sung by Julie Andrews:

‘Climb every mountain,
Search high and low,
Follow every byway,
Every path you know.
Climb every mountain,
Ford every stream,
Follow every rainbow,
‘Till you find your dream.
A dream that will need
All the love you can give,
Every day of your life
For as long as you live.’

Mindset Depicts Our Steepest Mountain

As we begin to mature, the negativity we hear begins to fill our minds. Soon our mindset easily becomes our steepest mountain to climb as we simultaneously prevent ourselves from attempting anything new. For success to occur at the beginning step, it’s critical we create an exercise regimen for turning our thoughts into positive daily acclimations. Most important is to exclaim at the end, ‘Yes I can!’

Positive Thought Encourages Better Outcomes

Upon witnessing a gradual turnaround for our first task that we put in place, and testing positive thought, it becomes time to do the same for all else. One step at a time on a positive note will gradually transform into building a robust program for achieving what we have been holding privately in our minds. Patience is a requirement because not everything succeeds as we envision.

Embracing the mindset of testing, learning, and revising as we move on, will lead to a better approach for achieving much more.

The mindset and process in place, plus commitment, for climbing every mountain will eventually have us seemingly enjoying being on its peak.

It’s critical to accept that not everyone has the same goals or dreams, making it vital to remain vigilant with ours. Until we find similar-minded people, it’s best to avoid distractions and negativity to work out the details alone. However, as a small percentage of others begin to see our advances, they will reach out to learn more, providing us with motivation to do more. Ultimately, the serious parties will seek ways to collaborate, increasing the possibility of landing on the top of additional mountain peaks.

Management will do well to realize that upfront seemingly ridiculous ideas may in fact work out for the benefit of all. Never dismiss an idea until it’s proven it won’t work; otherwise, give it every chance for it to succeed! The question becomes, Are you Ready to Improve Your Management Style?

Enjoy the Journey and the View

As we climb each mountain, not every footstep is stable; however, by bracing ourselves and planning for the worst, we can move past without injury to us or the business. Moreover, learning from every miss-step will bring emphasis on how to proceed and provide hints for making the journey a memorable one of which you take ownership and pride.

Reminder by The Doobie Brothers: Listen to the Music!

‘Don’t you feel it growing, day by day
People getting ready for the news
Some are happy, some are sad
Oh, we got to let the music play.’

Conclusion: Movie Lines and Song Lyrics Can Empower Our Results

No matter the endeavor, unexpected detours appear, making it our duty to select the next best route for making the climb upward to attract a broad audience and receive recognition for the incredible work in place and the unique journey you have taken.
