What goes around comes around and sometimes comes back again and again.
When an experience seems to repeat itself, whether it is a feel-good one or one we wish would go away, it is time to take a step back. Understanding the Law of Attraction can give us a valuable tool for navigating life’s flow.
This applies to our thinking and actions.
No matter what we think, we are putting out into the airwaves a force that will return to us that which is the same. This goes along with the Universal Law: Law of Vibration, which I talked about in Morning Musing Day 24.
In this musing, I am referencing the Law of Attraction to our relationship with others, whether it be a partner, in business or family.
The Law of Attraction has become one of the most popular and well-known laws due to the explosion of the personal development field. Many of you may already be familiar with this concept and some of you may just be learning about it here. In either case, becoming aware of the principle behind this law, you can apply the knowledge to everyday experiences.
It is always in motion, taking what we think and/or say, putting into place an outcome that matches what was said or thought.
Wrapping one’s brain around this concept and taking responsibility for what happens in our lives, can shift the conscious choices we make. If you were to think negatively about a person and say things derogatory towards them, your experiences with them will support this behavior. Conversely, if you think positively about someone and say positive things towards them, your experiences will be supported by positive responses. There is no in-between and no way around it. This is LAW.
Because we are always in a state of creation, creating thoughts, then words, then action, our reality is reflective of these creations. You can experiment with this concept.
There is a lot, and I mean a lot of information on this subject. I just want to nudge you in the direction of finding ways to live life to the fullest.
If you take just one week and put your focus on a person who may irritate you or frustrate you, a change will occur. Shift all your thinking towards this person in positive ways. Block out any negative thoughts, and trust me, this will be challenging. By the third or fourth day, it should be easier to think of at least one thing you can like about the person, anything will do! Make note of changes within yourself and possible shifts in the other person. You can even add a smile towards them every day, regardless of their irritation. The Law of Attraction will begin to work and the longer you can practice holding space for the changes to occur, the better the chances everything will transform. There is a lot, and I mean a lot of information on this subject. I just want to nudge you in the direction of finding ways to live life to the fullest. If you know about this law and it does not seem to work, take an honest look at your thinking. Then start from the foundation again and be on purpose to expect a change. If you have been successful with this law, please share your successes, insights, thoughts, and words of wisdom for others to read in the comments section. We are all on this journey together, and sharing is one of the best gifts we can give.
My final tip about The Law of Attraction. It allows for infinite happiness and joy, abundance of all kinds, and possibilities. Suggestion: leave out the words “do not,” as it seems these are not part of the equation.
If you find yourself saying, “I do not like this person” and you remove do not, what you get is “I like this person.”
If you find yourself saying. “I do not want to be treated badly” and you remove do not, what you get is “I want to be treated badly”
Do you get the gist of how this works? Takes practice and much rewording to live daily working in tandem with the Law of Attraction.
Believe in yourself and the power you have to use your ability to create. Wishing you much success in achieving your dreams and intentions for a life full of love, joy, peace, and happiness.
Eileen,
We do have repetitive trends that are faced in our lives effected by the way we think.
Positive affirmations & thinking does help to improve interpersonal equations.
But, does it also help to develop newer skills? Like, I do not like maths and I remove ‘do not’ would I become good at maths?
If yes, that’d be a great revelation to better our lives!
Rajat,
My foundation of everything I do is based on thinking, our most powerful tool. A repeated thought becomes a belief and through some very tough experiences I realized I needed to change my paradigm of thinking. This lead to a mind/body/spirit detox and healing, liberating me to become the authentic me. Then, in my loving experiences I have learned to value and appreciate positive affirmations and thinking along with action to create the life I desire.
Absolutely, it is crucial to develop newer skills. For me, to go to the next level or take the next step, new tools and skills are paramount to support the new thinking. Otherwise, one may experience resistance or the saboteur. I have to chuckle because math is my least favorite as well and although I may accept math for what it is, I have yet to dive into any endeavor that requires deep math equations. But, my relation to math is healthy. So, if I have a dislike of math and constantly think it is awful and I do not like it, then I am inviting the potential for an unhealthy relationship with numbers, hence could have difficulty with finances. The law of attraction works beyond the face value of things and it helps to expand your awareness into understanding the path a thought will take you. Therefore, by removing “do not,” you will reframe your connection to math and it can improve your experiences that are related in any way, shape and form. Which could include becoming good at math. Make sense?
Hope you have a revelation to better your life!! Cheers! Eileen
Eileen,
I absolutely agree with what you said:
“The law of attraction works beyond the face value of things and it helps to expand your awareness into understanding the path a thought will take you”
Thank you so much for sharing this brilliant law. Makes perfect sense.
One has to keep the mind open to maths to be able to cope up with it if not master it. Positive affirmations did help me deal with it as a student.
Keep Shining …
Rajat
Rajat,
You are most welcome. I am glad it makes sense and hope this musing gives you some guidance in mastering the inner game, life and self revelation.
Cheers!
Eileen
It is always in motion, taking what we think and/or say, putting into place an outcome that matches what was said or thought. I love this sentence. Not sure that I ever realized that was what was going on in my mind. Strong Ink my friend
Larry, thank you! When this concept is understood and we become conscious thinkers, our decisions and responses move away from the ego/head and reactive to the heart center and a fluid connection that is an exchange of give and take leaving a win-win for all. Imagine if the leaders of today operated more from this angle, as there would be little to no wars, healthy non-violent communication, the desire to give a hand up and work together, and people would feel heard and understood. And, it improves self confidence, self empowerment, dissolves fears and gives strength to the authentic self. The macro having a positive impact on the micro. Hmmmm…..not sure the world could handle all that! LOL (But we can shift one person at a time!)
Amen to that
