Human civilization came across a long path with regard to time and space and from cave dwellers to settlers, it took a lot of time, followed by a continuous process of change. The evolution of Human civilization largely being ushered by the external nature and the reflections being produced by the material world when we came into contact with it and the consequence of such act is our consciousness, which we captured in our faculty and it alone enabled us to resort to techniques which eventually yielded our life and livelihood with ease and comfort.
In the passage of time, technology largely navigated us in terms of our path of life to follow and series of techniques we resorted to in order to enjoy our odyssey of life.
Our language, the most developed form of technique, though an abstract one and even undergo numerous changes it confronted to evolve, not sometimes enabled us to envisage the matter in and around us and its enormous strength and how it reflects in our faculty and we tend to manipulate the matters overbearing trait with our own built ideas of inner caprice and to confuse many we define our own self-belief mechanism as “Truth”, ignoring nothing is absolute in nature and even moment we claim something abstract as truth, at the same time unknowingly we engender a theory being termed as “False”!
The minute particle which we cannot see in our naked eye largely influences our life and livelihood. For instance, an Atom, comprised mainly of Electron, Proton, Neutron are abundantly available in our milieu. But, there are other subatomic particles as well antiparticles and antimatter too and they too play a huge role in our so-called consciousness, if we can envisage their gravity and entity. Actually, our entity itself is internal as well as the external composition of the matter in and around us and it too has evolved in respect to time and space. Today’s stability is also not constant and it too evolving.
Besides, Electron, Proton, and Neutron, there are many other subatomic particles and one such striking subatomic particle is Meson. In particle physics, Mesons are hadronic subatomic particles composed of an equal number of quarks and antiquarks, usually one of each bound together by strong interactions. Mesons are sensitive to the strong force, the fundamental interaction that binds the component of the nucleus by governing the behavior of their constituent quarks. Outside the nucleus, Mesons appear in nature only as short-lived products of very high-energy collisions between particles made of quarks, such as cosmic rays(high energy protons and neutrons) and baryonic matters.
Equally, for an organization, the loyal workforce, whether in manufacturing or any service industry, dedicate themselves to ensure brand value to an organization, but their depreciation value is almost inversely proportionate to their appreciation value, but their endeavors are the real strength of an organization and ignoring or suppressing or humiliating them only produce the decline of so-called “Brand Value” of the concern organization and even paved the way for the concern organization’s perpetual extinction. The quality and energy this workforce transfer to the organization having a strong resemblance of the subatomic particle “Meson”, which cannot be apparently visualized out of the immense strength of “Capital”, which is also an abstract product and eclipsed us hugely! Their apparent sacrifice and dedication are not visualized to us and the group of the loyal workforce being continuously replaced by a newly renewed workforce only to ensure the stability of a format which we are accustomed to observing. Their silent transformation of energy is the key to the organization’s so-called “Brand Value” to emerge with distinction.
Corporate Social Responsibilities in this context should not act as a ploy merely to subvert the growing discontent among the working forces as they felt their contributions not being heeded with due attention, who are surely holding a position of great paramount in our available society. There needed to be adhered to an inclusive approach with empathy at this present to ensure the overall development of the society where peaceful ambiance may prevail with vigor. The equity and Justice delivery mechanism should be revamped and if needed to be overhauled, aiming to serve a greater purpose for mankind.
