LinkedIn Endorsements: Are You Missing The Big Picture?

I’ve always believed Endorsements trivialize the LinkedIn experience, and I haven’t been shy about sharing this opinion. Recently, though, I’ve come to understand I was missing The Big Picture. At the core, Endorsements aren’t a bad idea. Recruiters and hiring managers like endorsements because they reveal others’ opinions about your abilities.
