Be confident of the future and of your ability to know how to manage it. One of the secrets to living better and, above all, for a long time is contained in these simple concepts. Optimism can even take the forms of natural medicine.
Irony on small daily misfortunes, on our own faults and on what we usually do not like is the trick to overwhelm and overcome anxiety and sadness. Learning not to take ourselves too seriously will make our life much lighter and more free from the weight of seriousness.
