Empathy, creativity, a sense of justice, optimism, forgiveness, are some of those identified natural defenses that contribute to the individual’s realization and good social functioning. Be confident of the future and of your ability to know how to manage it. One of the secrets to living better and, above all, for a long time is contained in these simple concepts. Optimism can even take the forms of natural medicine.
