It impacts everybody.
Regardless of where you are, what race you are, or what religion you are. It impacts all of us differently. It’s not something that we want to get rid of it. It’s NORMAL. It’s a part of who we are. Some of it comes from our lived experiences, our upbringing, or social media. It depends on our unique journeys.
We’re all different. And so our biases are all going to be different.
We can’t get to true inclusion until people take the time to understand their own hidden beliefs. And actually understand how it drives everything we do. Once you uncover your own hidden beliefs, there are simple strategies to help you mitigate the risk.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my perspectives on this important topic with you both. I look forward to our future collaborations and to supporting the work that you both do!
