3.     Develop your “Derrick talent science” 

Reengineering plus the continuous problem-solving it requires plays to your strongest talents.  Therefore, as in my client’s circumstance, you’ll want to develop the art, science, and process behind your talents.  You’ll want to scale frontier after frontier in the methods for speeding reengineering and overcoming resistance to large-scale organizational change.  You’ll want to teach your science to your reengineering team so together you can speed reengineering projects.

4.     Push to transition from manager to creational leader

The figure below should help you to identify the manager-to-leader path I foresee for you, Derrick, as your creativity grows with the increase in information fuel available through expanded consciousness.


5.     Delegate non-flow-inducing work

Wherever possible, Derrick, you’ll want to jettison the parts of your job which do not meet the criteria of triggering top-talent flow.  To speed your growth, strive to do only the parts you love or are most meaningful.  I want you to enjoy your job so much, Derrick, that it becomes “paid play.”


In one short conversation my career has been transformed.  It has meaning.  It has challenge.  It incites passion.  It engages my strengths to the highest possible work, the most meaningful and rewarding application of my talents.  I’m thrilled.  Thank you so much for your analysis, your growth strategies, and most importantly, the greatest life mission I could have imagined.  I hope I can do them justice.


Now you know why I wanted you to concentrate on improving your breadth of vision first.  It’ll not only allow you to comprehend the inter-workings of large-scale human systems.  It’ll empower you to push the envelope on the frontiers of how future companies are run.  This is lifework worthy of your talents, passions, expertise and experience, Derrick.  Good luck!

In unity consciousness, in no-boundary awareness, the sense of self expands to totally include everything once thought to be not-self.  One’s sense of identity shifts to the entire universe, to all worlds, high or low, manifest or unmanifest, sacred or profane.  And obviously this cannot occur as long as the primary boundary, which separates the self from the universe, is mistaken as real.
