–Is Enlightenment possible in a Corporate Job?

A bio-reset or reboot in NDEs:  I want to refer to my earlier excerpt from Near-death experiences can ‘totally transform’ a person in seconds says scientist.  I believe the category of NDE you experienced, Justin, is one which resets you back to your original biology.  A reboot of your system, if you will, to its factory setting.

You dissolved into cosmic consciousness.  You had no identity.  You had no beliefs or values.  You had no cultural interference whatsoever.  Nothing of what civilization has made up about the real world “infected” what you experienced.  Nothing of what you or the world knew or assumed about you existed.  You became a clean slate of pure biological authenticity.

Fortunately, your top talents are unchanged because they are biology-based.  Therefore, your execution creativity will continue to define your creativity domain even after your NDE reset.  My bio-based job redesign will continue to be the right one for you.

Bio-based altruism:  In your bio-reset state of biological purity, interference from cultural noise disappeared.  Drives for helping the species to survive embedded in our DNA could then be “heard.”  Bio-altruism took over.  As a result, you began to crave meaningful contribution.  You yearned to serve.

There are near-death survivors who’ve become ill from not having the opportunity to serve sufficiently.  Made ill from thwarted desires.  This is why my redesign of your job was informed by this biologically driven need for altruism, philanthropy, contribution, and service.

These drives are a human design strength with which we’ve been genetically wired.  Not only do we have drives to maximize for our own survival but also to maximize humanity for its survival.  We come equipped with mechanisms and motivations to ensure the survival of the species.

This is where your need to serve comes from, Justin.  A genetic switch turned on during your bio-reset and it will likely never turn off.  As proof that this altruism is genetically engrained, the same thing happens with those advancing along the consciousness continuum through deepening talent-based flows.  As their consciousness expands and their self-awareness disappears, they too eventually experience bio-based altruism.  Cultural interferences strip away.

Check out the history of those who’ve been applying their strongest, most rewarding talents to the most meaningful application of those talents within their creativity domain for audiences most appreciative of that work.  This is my formula for maximization.  This is how I select tasks which will trigger maximizing top-talent flows.

Without exception, you’ll find that those living long-term in top-talent flow will not just have altruistic missions, they’ll be succeeding with them.  I prove this in Savanting with Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, and Jim Carrey – all of whom have operated at their maximum in top-talent flow since childhood.

Long before they’d earned the money to become the massive benefactors some of them became, their corporate missions belied a need to help individuals en masse.[1]  You’re fortunate as well, Justin, to work for a company whose infrastructure construction improves the quality of life of individuals and communities en masse.

Isn’t it uplifting to realize that, when stripped of interfering cultural constructs, beliefs, norms, and identities, contribution, altruism, and philanthropy guide our natural state?  Isn’t it gratifying to know that humans are biologically good?  Imagine the peace, the cooperation, the collaboration, the contribution, and the accelerated advance of our world if we could bio-reset humanity as a whole!

In your letter you ask, “Is it possible, in a corporate position, to achieve enlightenment?  Is it possible to then operate enlightened despite executive pressures . . . . ?”  So, what’s your verdict, Justin?

JUSTINYes!  And yes, it is possible to remain sustainably, profitably, impactfully, enlightened in the corporate world.  I cannot imagine a better foundation for leadership.
