Job Titles are always interesting to me especially in how they can vary wildly based on the organization. More established companies typically have standard job titles for the different levels and hierarchy within the organization. Others have less formal org charts with less defined roles. And then you have smaller companies (typically start-ups) that go the “fun” route and let the employees decide what they are called (enter the “rockstars” and “ninjas”.)
