Okay, so we have two Candidates running for the highest office in the land, and one lies about everything and anything, (literally saying what difference does it make) while the other is so Narcissistic, you almost want to barf. So what do we do!
Hillary is up in age, and probably not in the greatest health. She lies, makes up stories as she goes along. Just because one has been in the position for as many years as she has, doesn’t make her the best choice or excuse the fact that Donald Trump is more of a worry. Lately, I have come across so many people who say they don’t want to vote. They won’t vote for Hillary, and they won’t vote for Trump. Well, excuse me, but that never did anyone any good either.
I get the fact that Donald Trump is looked at by many women as a dirty old man, I get it, but I look at it in another way as well. We have a country that needs to be protected, and not sold to the highest bidder. We have men and women who have given their lives for this country and never probably thought after their sacrifice that our country would be in the situation it is today.
Hillary was a largely responsible, along with President Obama, for the loss of those in Benghazi. There is no denying that. If that had been one of my son’s, husbands, uncles, killed in Benghazi, and Hilary had told me what she told Doherty’s mother that day on the tarmac, I would have camped out as close to the White House as I could and never left till I had an answer, a truthful answer!
Donald Trump has a lot of garbage when it comes to women as a result of recklessness, power, money, things said and thought of which should never have been said that lack class. However, would he sell out our country, let our military become so depleted that we may not be able to defend ourselves possibly if we are attacked globally? Would he not follow through with some kind of border and homeland protection? Make stronger the support for our veterans, less babies being put to death in the womb? I certainly don’t condone what he was caught saying on tape, and shame on him, but the bottom line is this country is in trouble, and 4 more years of a piggy back to Obama is not going to change things. We may never be able to go back. I am a grandmother and I want a better life for my grandchildren.
When it comes to who is going to be best for this country, with a cabinet that will surround Donald Trump, (I have no doubt) worth their salt, and a business sense that he can negotiate in difficult times, then who is the lesser of the two evils?
I would vote for the best of the two candidates as opposed to not voting at all and giving the worst qualified candidate the winning vote because I didn’t vote.
I think a better ticket would have been Pence and Ryan… or vice versa, but either way our country is in for a rude awakening and I predict that there will be another attack on our soil if the wrong person gets elected. Is this an Election or What?
