As a leadership coach and trainer, I meet a lot of intelligent people, but they aren’t always smart, and some smart people that aren’t always intelligent. Which one are you?

This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.
As a leadership coach and trainer, I meet a lot of intelligent people, but they aren’t always smart, and some smart people that aren’t always intelligent. Which one are you?

Meaningful article. True… but not always, in my view. The majority of people I met over my career, who have important-sounding job titles, and come from prestigious universities, are far from having a real high IQ. I might be wrong, but I think that people with a real HIGH IQ + HIGH EQ (quite rare) have a broad range of qualities that include also the classic “smart” features…. but the contrary is not true. Thank you.
