No PowerPoint slides, videos, or any form of business props, promotional content, or backgrounds, please. Any other informal visual aids (casual, fun, etc.) that add meaning/value to your TALK are certainly welcome. If you've never been to one of our 360° Nation Zoom Events, please register & participate in at least one InsteadTALKS Event OR a gathering of Our Friendship Bench to ensure that you have a keen awareness & understanding of our relaxed, unstructured, conversation versus presentation format, including moderation approach and all else.

The sequence of Orator Presentations for each InsteadTALKS Event can be found in the Eventbrite Agenda Section. Doors open at 8:30 AM. Please arrive early for your scheduled ConverSession – and stick around for the rest if you can.
BE ZOOM ROOM READY
Please ensure that our official INSTEADTALKS Zoom Room background is in place for your session and test your audio/video connection well in advance for clarity. THIS LINK will provide you with instructions to add our virtual background image.
YOUR CONVERSESSION IN ACTION
We will briefly introduce you and your topic on behalf of 360° Nation. Your Session will be 45 minutes long, with the first 15-minute segment reserved exclusively for your uninterrupted ConverSession topic introduction. Please bring this segment to a close by sharing your springboard question(s) to inspire audience engagement. We recommend that you also place your springboard question(s) in the Chatstream for the benefit of your audience.
YOU ARE THE MODERATOR
Your 30-minute audience engagement segment will be entirely moderated by you, calling on participants sequentially as displayed by Zoom at the top left of your Zoom screen. We will remain in the background to ensure all goes well. A Countdown Timer will become visible when you are nearing the end of the 30-minute engagement segment to alert you without interrupting you.
SHOWCASING YOUR TALENT
The First 15 Minutes (your opening segment) of each ConverSession will be recorded and featured on our 360° Nation YouTube Channel AND our exclusive INSTEADTALKS 360° ORATOR SHOWCASE PAGE. The entire full-day series of InsteadTALKS will also be live-streamed (raw & uncut) on our 360° Nation YouTube Channel.
