In Pursuit of Real Pleasure: By Redefining Life, Reshaping Thought, and Repurposing Values

Life bereft of pleasure is dry and onerous. And that is a life not lived well.

Life must be a kaleidoscope of hope and happiness, dreams and duties, free-ranging vistas and grounded vision, interests and integrities, powerful relationships and potent raison d’etre, goals, and goodness of the heart, humour, and humanitarianism.

With The High Priestess of Hedonism, we will have interesting conversations here. We will engage in meaningful dialogues.

  • We will inspire and get inspired.
  • We will look at the world with a new pair of eyes. And we will look within through a renewed prism.
  • We will, over and above the daily din and noise and chaos, meet LIFE!
  • We will spell out our dreams, define our aspirations, refine our goals, and pave the road to our personal success.
  • We will become the best professionals that we can be and the finest human beings that we should be.
  • We will meet a wonderful set of people we will learn from and grow with.
  • Most of all, we will meet ourselves. And fall in love with ourselves all over again!

Enjoy the Ride! Tune in here!

  1. I’m so sorry, but not sure what name you preferred to be called. Aruna? I so appreciated this piece and video. I think most of my life I’ve thought of “hedonism” as something illicit (the result of American Puritan roots, I suspect!). It was a lovely realization to recognize that pleasure and happiness can be pursued without the baggage of the negative labels that many of us have attached to the idea of hedonism. I LOVE how you’re rooting this conversation in values and understanding yourself more deeply (we speak the same language there for sure!). I sincerely look forward to reading more of your work.
