In Dismal Times Anything Positive Will Help

In dismal times, most anything positive will help. Let gratitude help you even more, especially now. ‘Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.’ (dictionary)

To be grateful lets you feel good about yourself. You become kinder, less self-centered, more appealing as an individual as well as more resilient.

Some people are more willing to feel gratitude about many things to the point where they keep gratitude journals. Others, not so much, yet if you strive to be happy, gratitude is the first step.

To be grateful for your health, at this moment is wonderful.

To be grateful for your business, your associates, and the knowledge you will expand to include others, is satisfying.

These approaches will lead you to happiness in whatever form works for you.

If you are ready willing and able to feel more gratitude in your life, keep a Gratitude Journal, or maybe even a notebook.

Do you eat every day? Be grateful that you have the resources and intelligence to put food into your body and stay healthy.

Gratitude, especially if noted at least once every day, will continue to make you even more grateful and happier.

Gratitude is the parent, Mother, of all other virtues that exist.

A noble person is mindful and thankful for the favors he receives from others – The Buddha

Note how being grateful makes you feel.

Knowing what you are grateful for will help in times of stress and strain. All you have to do is check out your notes to be uplifted a bit.
