Are you like me and wondering if your current career is the right one for you? For me the answer is no, I was not happy. Even though I was good at my job, I was struggling at finding motivation to go to work. The job was stressing me out and I knew there was something better out there. Changing careers is a difficult decision to make and may feel like a gamble, especially at midlife. This infographic shows you signs that you may need to change careers and move on and some steps to get you on the right path.One of the first steps to take after deciding to change careers is to consider your options. I took several introduction courses to several career paths to find the one I liked. Another step is getting an education or find a mentor to gain skills and knowledge. I definitely got the knowledge when I obtained my degrees. The final step is to look for a job or consider starting a business. I am at this stage, I have submitted applications but I am also considering on starting my own business.There a lot of factors that goes into a career change. Each step must be carefully be done in order to find your career. In the end it is up to you to decide whether a change is needed or wanted.
